Welcome to Saveoria. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saveoria website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

• Saveoria does not independently verify every user, listing, or submission
• Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement
• Any transaction, communication, or arrangement between users occurs independently of Saveoria

Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent or misleading listings or responses
• Misrepresentation of products or services
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Posting illegal, prohibited, or infringing content
• Attempting to bypass platform safeguards or restrictions
• Interfering with platform operations, infrastructure, or security systems
• Unauthorized scraping, automated access, or data extraction from the platform

Saveoria reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of these Terms.

Users may submit content to the platform, including requests, responses, descriptions, images, and other materials. By posting content, users grant Saveoria a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, format, distribute, and use such content solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service.

Users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to post any content they submit. Saveoria reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

Saveoria does not guarantee continuous operation, that buyer requests will receive responses, that sellers will complete transactions, or the legality, quality, and accuracy of products or listings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saveoria shall not be liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, losses arising from transactions, inaccurate listings, or damages caused by third-party services.

14. Suspension and Termination

Saveoria reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at its discretion where users violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or create risks to platform integrity or security. Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
