Saveoria may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Saveoria operates a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers within a defined geographic area to facilitate responses to buyer requests and local offers.
The platform allows:
- Buyers to post requests for products or services
- Sellers to respond to requests
- Users to purchase and use response tokens to interact with marketplace listings
Saveoria acts only as a platform provider and does not participate directly in transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, users must create an account. Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities occurring under their account
Saveoria reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Response Tokens
4.1 Token Purchases
Response tokens may be purchased through third-party payment processing provided by Stripe. Saveoria does not collect or store payment card information.
4.2 Token Usage
Tokens are used within the platform to enable sellers to respond to buyer requests. Tokens:
- Have no monetary value outside the platform
- Are non-transferable between users unless otherwise permitted
- May be consumed when a seller submits a response to a buyer request
4.3 Refunds
Unless required by law, token purchases are generally non-refundable once issued to an account. Saveoria reserves the right to correct token balances in cases of error, fraud, or system malfunction.
5. Marketplace Interactions
Saveoria provides a platform that allows buyers and sellers to connect, but Saveoria is not a party to any transaction between users. Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Saveoria does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or responses
- Saveoria does not verify every seller, buyer, or listing
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence
Any agreements or transactions between users occur independently of Saveoria.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent listings or responses
- Misrepresentation of goods or services
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
- Posting illegal or prohibited items
- Attempting to circumvent platform safeguards
- Interfering with platform operations or security systems
7. Content Posted by Users
Users may submit or post content on the platform, including requests, responses, images, and descriptions. By posting content, users grant Saveoria a limited license to display, distribute, and format the content to operate and promote the Service.
Users represent that they have the right to post any content submitted. Saveoria reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Geographic Limitations
Saveoria is designed to facilitate local marketplace interactions within defined geographic regions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any transactions or activities conducted through the platform comply with local laws and regulations.
9. Privacy
User information is handled according to the Saveoria Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.
10. Platform Availability
Saveoria makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure outages, or security updates.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, trademarks, and branding associated with Saveoria are the property of Saveoria or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saveoria is not liable for:
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Inaccurate listings or responses
- Damages caused by third-party services
