Saveoria enables users to create, submit, and publish content within the platform to facilitate marketplace activity. This is referred to as User-Generated Content (“UGC”) and includes, but is not limited to:

• Buyer broadcast requests
• Seller responses and offers
• Product or service descriptions
• Images, media, and other submitted materials

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, post, or transmit on the platform.

Users agree that their content will:

• Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or rights
• Not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive material

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Saveoria:

Saveoria reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy or applicable law.

Saveoria may, at its discretion, review, restrict, or remove content that violates this policy or poses risk to users or the platform.

Moderation may be conducted through:

• Automated systems and filters
• User reporting and flagging mechanisms
• Manual review by authorized personnel

Users are encouraged to report content that may violate this policy or applicable laws.

Reports may include:

• Fraudulent or suspicious listings
• Abusive or harassing content
• Illegal or prohibited items or activity

Saveoria does not actively monitor all User-Generated Content and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user submissions.

Saveoria acts as a neutral platform provider and hosting service for user-generated content.

Saveoria may remove or restrict access to content and/or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion where content violates this policy, infringes rights, or creates risk to users, the platform, or its operations.

Enforcement decisions may be taken without prior notice where necessary.
